UK GDPR is regulated by the Information Commissioner’s Office and the UK Government, it is required for every business operating in the UK or handling UK data to register with the ICO. This set of regulations essentially covers consent, storage and acceptable use, in order to ensure that as custodians of personal and commercial information, we act in accordance with best-practice and the law more broadly.

This is a complex and fractious topic, with multiple international laws and agreements also interlacing with the UK GDPR version. Furthermore, where you are dealing with international customers you must also take into account their jurisdiction as well as our own.
